  1. Β We offer free-shipping to the entirety of West Malaysia. Terms and conditions apply.

  2. Service descriptions are listed as business days. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.

  3. Standard items that are in stock will be delivered withinΒ 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 4-7 working days for East Malaysia. Shipping to Singapore will take 5-10 business daysΒ after order confirmation. All delivery lead times are estimated.

  4. Web order deliveries will be made on business days ONLY. If you have special delivery needs please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  5. Currently, Sverstand Group Sdn. Bhd. does not allow an order to be booked for an out of stock item. You can contact us to inquire about the future availability of any product which is out of stock. However, we cannot make a personal notification when the item (s) actually arrive.

  6. The delivery times are based upon item availability and location. It usually take between 3 to 5 business days to received the items within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia). Delivery to East Malaysia will most likely take longer, estimated between 5 to 7 business days.

  7. International Orders: Apart from the shippingΒ charges paid, customer is liable to any additional fees incurred at the destination, not limited to customs clearance charges. Please contact us to find out the international shipping rate.

  8. Free shipping will not be applied towards the cost of shipping internationally. Our free shipping offer is valid only within Peninsular Malaysia. Any returned merchandise may have the cost ofΒ shippingΒ deducted from any refund or credit.
