Do you offer free personalization?
Yes! Count & Countess offers free name embroidery on selected items.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Malaysia and Singapore. We offer free shipping to the entire West Malaysia
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Personalized orders may take up to 3–5 days depending on complexity.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns for unused, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items are final sale.
What materials do you use in your products?
Our baby bedding and apparel are crafted from premium cotton, including OEKO-TEX certified, Pima cotton, and Egyptian cotton. All inserts are made with Sorona® Eco-efficient hypoallergenic Fiber, baby-safe fillings.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Yes, every product is designed with newborn safety in mind. Fabrics are tested and certified safe for babies, and our designs follow international baby bedding safety standards such as OEKO-TEX® and GOTS.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, every order can be wrapped in our signature luxury gift box, complete with ribbon and personalized message card. Perfect for gifting occasions.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Malaysia and Singapore. For other international destinations, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with special arrangements.
